Information for Parents

   Parents...welcome to the webpage that will hopefully make your life easier! Here I want to provide all the information that you need about upcoming events, big and small, as well as any forms that are needed for trips and other activities. If there is something that you think needs to be added please let me know. This page will always be a work of progress so continue to check back to see what has been added.

   I also encourage you to participate in the LSM Boards to see what your students are studying and talking about! Downloadable Forms:
Travel Release Form download -- This form is REQUIRED to be filled out for every student before events. The form is good for the entire year so it will not be needed again until January 2008.

Downloadable Mail-outs:
2008 Major Events & Letter to Parents download -- This file is a mail out sent to families informing them of the 4 major 2008 Lakeside Student Ministry events. It includes the costs of these events and payment sign-ups/deadlines.
